Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance in order to receive a refund or to reschedule, otherwise you will be responsible for the full fee of the appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will offer a one-time exception if a session must be postponed on short notice.
payments
All sessions are to be paid on the day of service. Our preferred payment method is Venmo, but we can send an invoice through Square if needed.
Scope of practice
It is important that you understand that this is not psychotherapy, counseling, or health care of any kind. If you have a condition that has been diagnosed by a medical or mental health professional, our services should be used in conjunction and not as a replacement for care from a licensed professional. We are not able to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and our work is not intended as a cure for any particular condition.
