“My healing ritual with Julia and Mariana was beautiful. I didn't know what to expect going in, but they really took time, in the beginning, to explain the process and ask me questions about how I was doing and what brought me there, and what I might want them to focus on during the ritual. I felt they were comforting and loving witnesses to some of my deepest wells of grief. I felt I could allow myself to be vulnerable, and it felt incredible to lay there peacefully and accept their healing.

I have many layers of grief stemming from childhood trauma. I feel that some of the deepest layers have shifted, that some of the deepest grief has moved out. There is still grief there, but, it's somehow different. Perhaps it's more manageable?
